The awards program began in 2003 and is promoted by the Dallas Business Journal in partnership with Quantum Workplace. Beaird Harris ranked number 27 in the medium employer category.
The survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in North Texas, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. The 2021 Best Places to Work in North Texas list is made up of 21 companies in the micro employer category (10-24 North Texas employees), 30 companies in the small employer category (25-490 North Texas employees), 35 companies in the medium employer category (50-249 North Texas employees), 15 companies in the large employer category (250-999 North Texas employees) and 5 in the extra large employer category (1000+ North Texas employees).
